Delivery times

We aim to complete all orders as soon as possible normally within 3-4 weeks or as  agreed individually on each order form.

 

Cancellation

Any cancellations should be notified to us in writing as soon as possible, we require a 30 day cancellation term and a cancellation fee is payable if work has already been undertaken by us.

 

Price and payments

If paying by direct debit, please note that Simply Digital has appointed the BACS Approved Direct Debit Bureau, Eazy Collect Services Limited (www.eazycollect.co.uk), to collect your payments and Eazy Collect will be shown on your bank statement, ref ‘SimpD’

 The total price will be set out on the order, and will also be confirmed on your invoice.  Your purchase order will outline the total payment amount and terms along with the package or service we will be providing.  Upon completion of our service the balance is due for payment unless a payment plan is in place, in which case the instalment details will be outlined in the purchase order.  With all orders a valid credit or debit card is required to process the outstanding payment upon the project’s completion.  Deposit payments are payable in advance and are non-refundable once we have commenced work on the project.

 

Conditions

These conditions shall apply to all contracts with Simply Digital and overwrite any other conditions supplied by the buyer i.e. in purchase orders or other methods.  Signing the order form, receipt of an email to proceed or a deposit payment shall be deemed as conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.  Simply-Digital will provide the services with reasonable skill and care and to a high standard however the client acknowledges that Simply Digital have no direct control over the Search Engines and cannot guarantee the speed of performance provided by the Search Engines in relation to the delivery of the services.  ‘Completion’ means when your website has been uploaded to your domain or once the marketing has been carried out.
Simply Digital warrants that the service and delivery of services will be outlined in the contract.  We cannot warrant results by Google or any other search engine and our keyword results are based on our success on other campaigns thus we cannot be held responsible for delays in your listings.  By signing the purchase order form or making payment of the initial set up fee, the client and Simply Digital agree that we are  both  bound to these terms and conditions.

 

Hosting & Domains
Simply Digital uses standard shared hosting, should you have any problems with this service please contact your account manager.  Simply Digital have a monthly charge for hosting your website, this will be outlined in your contract and is subject to change. Also transferring any domains away from our server will incur a standard charge of £25.  Simply Digital offer different levels of hosting for different packages, the details of your hosting package will be detailed in your contract order form.

 

Simply Digital attempts to offer the best website hosting possible and guarantees that your site is accessible 99% of the time, should we ever fall below this percentage we will offer service refunds based on the time it was un accessible.  Our website hosting is payable within 30 days of the website being uploaded onto the registered domain, this will automatically renew yearly (to avoid interruption to your service) unless the client requests otherwise.

We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests. Security we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Controlling your personal information we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your details to send you promotional information from our company but we do not share it with other companies for marketing purposes.
